My name is Octavio Ramos, a Mexican American professional born in Chicago and raised between Chicago and Monterrey, Mexico. Growing up between two cities and cultures has shaped my approach to business, leadership, and relationship building. Experiencing different professional environments has helped me develop a global mindset, adaptability, and an appreciation for the operational and cultural factors that influence business success.

I hold an MBA from Strayer University and have built my career across payroll, People Operations, and business services. My professional journey includes experience with organizations such as Meta and Accenture, where my work has contributed to my understanding of workforce operations, stakeholder collaboration, and the importance of dependable, well-managed business processes. My experience supporting international operations across NORAM, EMEA and LATAM has further strengthened my appreciation for the complexity of managing workforce needs across diverse markets.

My focus is on developing reliable payroll processing services, shaping the client experience, and helping build the operational and financial foundations needed for sustainable growth.
